In this context, we analyze the integration of the logistics chain, through the management of procurement and distribution.
Supply Management.
Provisioning is a process that involves several threads. Through it, suppliers and sources of supply are identified, evaluated, and selected, frequencies are established for replenishment, the level of safety stock is controlled and quality is controlled.
The main functions of procurement are:

• Control of inputs.
• Storage.
• Control of raw materials.

In procurement, the selection of suppliers requires a company to be certified in the ISO 9001: 2000 standard.
